• Grape Session, Shaker Room, 9:00 am – 11:45 am
• Food Safety:  Wash and Pack Special Session 1, Town Hall, 9:15 am – 12:00 pm
• Food Safety:  Wash and Pack Special Session 2, Town Hall, 1:15 pm – 3:50 pm
• Trade Show:  8:00 am – 4:30pm

Thursday, February 26, 2026

• Tree Fruit Session 3, King Street Ballrooms 2 & 4, 9:15 am – 12:00 pm
• Vegetable Session 1: Bedding Plants and Greenhouse, King Street Ballrooms 6 & 8, 9:00 am – 11:50 am
• Small Fruit Session, Town Hall, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Vegetable Session 2, King Street Ballrooms 6 & 8, 1:15pm – 3:50pm
• Tree Fruit Session 4, Listening Session, King Street Ballrooms 2 & 4, 1:15 pm – 3:40 pm
• Trade Show:  8:00 am – 2:00pm

When registering, please be sure to choose the correct cost option depending on your membership status with Eastern NY Commercial Horticulture and whether you will be attending one day or two.

Registration Rates:  Pre-registration in encouraged by February 16, 2026 and is a great value.

CCE ENYCHP Member:  Single day: $90          Two days: $150

Non ENYCHP Member:  Single day: $130        Two days: $190

Additional Registrations from the same farm will save $10 per registration.

Walk-In Rates: (After February 16th including day of programs):

Single day: $140                Two days: $230

All registrants receive a delicious hot lunch buffet, beverages and dessert!
